Louis Perez: Project Manager
Louis Perez comes to Florida Floors, L.L.C. with years of experience in the construction and insurance industry. A decorated Veteran of Vietnam and proud member of the 82nd airborne division, Louis brings the tenacity of a dedicated soldier to the workplace.
As a Project Manager, Louis has overseen
many build-out and finish- outs in the residential and commercial
industry and knows what it takes to finish the job correctly. Louis is bi-lingual in Spanish and English and is a huge asset
on site in communicating between parties.
Although retired military, Louis is extremely active and is
willing to tackle nearly any task asked of him, with the zeal
and vigor that would be expected of someone of his caliber.
