Florida Floors, L.L.C. is a company that brings years of experience and knowledge of the commercial flooring industry, catering to General Contractors, Property Mangers, and End Users. We have dedicated ourselves to ensuring that every job we earn is a job that we can do, that it can be done right, and that the cost of the project is acceptable for all parties.

Our staff is “can do”. Our experience in southwest Florida has been disheartening at best in dealing with service oriented business. All too often we hear things like, "we can’t"; "it won’t work", "I’ll deal with it later" and so on. To the staff of Florida Floors, L.L.C., this is unacceptable. Florida Floors, L.L.C. offers a range of products and services. The truth of the matter is -- as far as products -- we offer everything that our competitors offer. We have a full line of products that include all major brands including Mohawk, Shaw, Armstrong, Tarkett, Mannington, Congoleum, Daltile, Crossville and many, many more.

Our difference is our use of the latest estimating systems available. They are accurate, efficient and cost effective to you, our client. They reduce the error rates that come with being human, as well as ensure fast turn around times. Every job that we take will be run through a system that offers both a manual look and a digital look. By adding these steps, we address a system of checks and balances. On-site estimates are done with lasers that are accurate to 1/16th of an inch over a span of 600 feet.

We moisture test every wood and laminate job prior to installation. We only use the best carpet adhesive, and do not allow the installers to use their own; our installers purchase our adhesives through us to ensure the correct use.

Accountability Built In

We not only have your sales associate on the job, but; we also have salaried project managers, some of whom have been in the construction industry for many years. There is access to someone nearly 24 hours a day. We have a 5,500 square foot warehouse to provide a safe protected environment to handle your products. Lastly, we have a team of associates that have been in the flooring business for many years, in all capacities and in all aspects.
